This is one of the good deeds of our friend Joe. He placed this Rolls-Royce wooden box with soil under the wall type air-conditioning unit outside the galley. The condense water from the air conditioning unit continuously drops onto the pot and assist the plant to grow. It is a damn good idea and it help us to grow "serai" and "pandan". This is the only ground in this state that is continuously wet all year long and a place that produce such plants. May Allah bless your good deeds.

Ini tandanya, he is passionate enough to his work. Mentang2 dia yg schedule berpeluh2, kena bambu ngan bosess dan perabih duit talipon utk bawak RR sampai kat site...sampai kan kotaknya tak dibazirkan.
It is sad that somebody not to see no difference or do not care him and his efforts to the teams.

I do agree with Brother Ahmad Bee. Good leader will hold the team members together in times of good or bad. Bad emotion has to be separated from work. People has to be treated fairly regardless color of skin, believes, race, origin, educational background etc. Focus on problems not any person.
Mat sentul buat minum air aircond tu..lagi hebat.. they are the true sense of leadership by example..
